Each month, the Project Managers choose a theme related to the services offered by the division. A service employee is chosen by the peers and project managers. All those employed in the division are eligible. The program’s objective is to highlight the hard work, positive attitudes and best practices carried out by the division’s employees every day

Stéphane Séguin

Mr. Stéphane Séguin has been with the company since February 2020. He distinguished himself on the LacGat2 project where he maintained the same work pace despite the difficult site conditions. Notwithstanding the technical problems of the site, Stéphane is always available, ready to take up the challenge. Even with the limited workforce in the region, he continues to motivate and mobilize his co-workers to complete the project successfully. His skills as a natural leader are appreciated by all his colleagues.

Mr. Wesley Chouloute

Mr. Wesley Chouloute has been employed by the company since March 2019. He has distinguished himself with his involvement on the REM Montpellier site with the use of prefab to facilitate the installation of a 150-foot by 80-foot MALT grounding grid with Caldwell joints. His efficient communication with the various people involved, such as Richard Gauthier and Normand Boucher, along with the preparation of an accurate design plan greatly increased the productivity of the team.

Simon Côté

Mr. Joseph Lavigne

Mr. Joseph Lavigne has been with the company since June 2003. He has distinguished himself with his professionalism in carrying out his tasks, regardless of the situation. Whether the work is a fire alarm system, wiring or electrical distribution, the quality of his work is always there. He easily fits into all teams and his attitude is appreciated by all.

Sylvain Genest

Mr. Vincent Auclair

Mr. Vincent Auclair has been with the company since May 2004. Even though he has been in the position as a foreman for only 9 months, his way of working is identical to that of a foreman with 10 years experience. He doesn’t count his time; he leads the workforce in an orderly and firm manner. He researches the tools at his disposal to find answers to his questions, and he uses Procore wisely. His determination will help him advance within the Company.

Ms. Julie Arseneau

Ms. Julie Arseneau has been with the company since February 2015. Recently, she has been involved in the REM projects, but she stands out for her persistence, hard work, dedication and good humor. She manages the project in a remarkable way and responds quickly to questions from the Project Manager, Coordinators and Foremen.

Mr. Guillaume Bazin-Fauteux

Mr. Guillaume Bazin-Fauteux has been employed by the company since June 2018. He has distinguished himself on the Gare Viger and Banque Nationale projects with his involvement and integration of the new system for the implementation of points with a robotic total station. Guillaume always has a positive attitude and is available to help his colleagues at any time, qualities that are greatly appreciated by all.
