The Service Employee of the Month Program is an initiative created by Britton Electric's Service and Technical Division. Each month, the Project Managers choose a theme related to the services offered by the division. A service employee is chosen by the peers and project managers. All those employed in the division are eligible. The program’s objective is to highlight the hard work, positive attitudes and best practices carried out by the division’s employees every day.
Ready and willing to help his co-workers; high technical competency
More than just receiving service calls, Britton Electric’s Service and Technical Division is also in charge of renovations, modifications, preventative maintenance and repair. Furthermore, the division executes highly technological projects dealing with automation, high voltage projects in industrial sectors, commercial projects and home automation.
