Richard Bourdon
Director of Operations, Commercial and Industrial Division
Richard Bourdon is Director of Operations, Commercial and Industrial Division, Britton Electric, a position he was named to in 2007. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction and large renovation projects, overseeing all activities in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.
Mr. Bourdon manages the larger and more complex jobs and is responsible for the other Project Managers within the division. He focuses on how to provide the best solution for the customer in the most cost-effective way, with particular expertise in design-build.
Additionally, as it relates the the Company's ISO 9001 program, Mr. Bourdon is the management's representative as Director of Quality Control.
After spending 11 years in the industry, Mr. Bourdon joined Britton Electric as a foreman in 1987 and was quickly promoted to Project Manager 6 months later.
Active in youth sports Mr. Bourdon was President of the Soccer Association of Saint-Eustache and a coach of girl’s hockey. The father of two, he enjoys reading and downhill skiing.
