Mr. Bobby Gauthier

Mr. Bobby Gauthier has been with the company since October 2018. He distinguished himself with his innovations on the National Bank work site despite the major constraints related to the temporary power supply. He thought of installing Twist Locks to facilitate the connection and disconnections of the heating units, which are screwed into the Fly-Form, in a safe way, while avoiding power disruptions and multiple trips in order to accommodate other subcontractors.

Mr. Sébastien Bolduc

Mr. Sébastien Bolduc has been with the company since September 2018. He has demonstrated his leadership skills on the REM projects and we have received very good feedback from clients. Sébastien ensures that the installations made by his team meet the company’s criteria, namely safety, quality and the rules of the trade. He prepares his planning thoroughly with the three-week schedule so that materials and labour are available at the right time.

Mr. Benjamin Jacques Raux

Mr. Benjamin Jacques Raux has been with the company since July 2011. During his 10 years of work in the design department he has acquired a great knowledge and experience in modelling everything we prefabricate. His know-how and his dedication are important assets to the success of our joint projects.

Ms. Pierrette Deslongchamps has been with the company since May 1996. She has distinguished herself with her responsible work ethic, punctuality and positive attitude. She gets the job done quickly, safely, and without backtracking. In addition, when she is finished, she ensures that all the work and the work area are spotless. Her thoroughness and attention to detail are appreciated by clients.

Mr. Robert Trudel

Mr. Robert Trudel has been with the company since August 2001. He has distinguished himself with his innovative decision making and his research of methods to meet his objectives in an efficient manner. On the Viger Station project, he has shown initiative in all phases of the work in the electrical rooms. No obstacle prevents him from moving forward; he takes the initiative in every situation he encounters.

Mr. Mathieu Bouffard

Mr. Mathieu Bouffard has been with the company since September 2018. He distinguished himself on the Gare Viger project with his excellent work, operating on the very tight sequence of slabs. He was able to pull his weight even though he had never done any “Carlon” work before. Mathieu has an ability to plan ahead and avoid wasting time, especially important considering the difficult manoeuvring on the floors. Also, he does excellent work at maintaining the temporary installations.

Alessandro Audia
