Benjamin Trudeau

The Service Employee of the Month Program is an initiative created by Britton Electric’s Service and Technical Division. Each month, the Project Managers choose a theme related to the services offered by the division. A service employee is chosen by the peers and project managers. All those employed in the division are eligible. The program’s objective is to highlight the hard work, positive attitudes and best practices carried out by the division’s employees every day.

Mr. François Lussier

Mr. François Lussier has been with the company since January 2002. He has distinguished himself with his dedication and involvement with the Prefab team. His work ethic and positive attitude, despite the challenges faced in recent months, are appreciated by his colleagues.

Ms. Rania Bichara

Ms. Rania Bichara has been with the company since October 2016. She has distinguished herself with her perfectionism in the estimating of large-scale projects. Her documents are clear, well managed and well defined. She is calm and attentive to our requests so that the documents related to the projects are easy to understand. In addition, her submissions are error-free, requiring no corrections prior to client presentations.

Mr. Serge Brazeau

Mr. Serge Brazeau has been with the company since September 2000. He distinguished himself on the IKEA project with the method used to install the prefabricated pipe racks and their wiring. In addition, he shows initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems that arise during the installation. His experience is an asset to all his co-workers.

François Desmarais

Mr. Curtis Wakefield

Mr. Curtis Wakefield has been with the company since May 2018. He has distinguished himself on the REM project with his autonomy and planning, as well as his ability to keep his environment clean and clear of all debris that improves performance. In addition, Curtis makes sure that he plans and obtains the proper equipment for the work required, before beginning.

Mr. Benoit Tourangeau

Mr. Benoit Tourangeau has been with the company since March 2013. Since his return after a year’s absence, he has distinguished himself with his involvement in the installation of the seismic system of the prefab’s pipe racks and in the lighting control on the DXT-5 project, which has enabled him to accomplish quality work. He has also put his knowledge to good use by sharing it with his colleagues.
