Shaun McGrath
Shaun McGrath is Vice President of the Service and Technical Division since 2022. He is responsible for the service department, the technical aspect of electrical installations, maintenance and repair work, high voltage installations as well as industrial construction projects. He provides guidance and mentoring for the Project Managers under his direction.
Shaun joined the Britton Electric team as an electrician in 2001. Following, he held the positions of Foreman, Coordinator and Project Manager. Over the years Shaun has taken several management training courses including graduating from the HEC MBA Essentials program. Having workplace safety at heart, Shaun has set up several training courses for electricians, regarding arc flash hazards and safety in general and heads the company’s Workplace Health and Safety Committee. He also participated in the implementation of software that allows better monitoring of current projects for all departments in the company. Shaun is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ).
Shaun was an athlete at the national level. He is married and the father of two daughters who are also high-performance athletes and is very involved in the aquatic field. He has served on several Boards including that of the FNQ (Fédération de natation du Québec). He loves downhill skiing, golf and cycling.
