Britton Electric established 'Méritas', a monthly employee reward program that recognizes individuals for their commitment to their work, their team and the Company. Those eligible include apprentices, electricians and foremen in the Construction Department as well as the Company’s support staff. These worthy individuals are chosen by a committee of Project Managers.

Mr. Daniel Labelle
Good judgment and decision making

Mr. Daniel Labelle has been with the company since February 2006. He distinguished himself on the 1100 Atwater project with his analysis of the issues and options for each specific situation. This allowed him to choose the best course of action among the among the different alternatives. He addresses each problem or situation with the view that a solution exists, either by the analysis of the plans, the connection of the various electrical components or prefabrication.
