Working closely with internal teams, municipalities, and utility providers, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Position Summary :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and development of residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects.
- Preparation of plans and specifications for project execution.
- Management and coordination of approvals with municipalities and public utilities.
- Technical coordination with construction execution teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) for at least 3 years.
- Technical knowledge:
- Quebec Building Code
- Quebec Electrical Code
- Hydro Quebec standards
- Fire alarm systems
- Short-circuit calculation, arc flash study, building load calculation, lighting level calculation, voltage drop calculation.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Etap, Accubid, Procore.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French, knowledge of English.
