Position Summary :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform construction, renovation, modification, and repair work on electrical installations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Install, connect, and commission electrical equipment
- Comply with health and safety regulations on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience
- Education in estimating, electrical studies, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of estimating software and digital plan-reading tools
- Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Skills and Abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and pressure effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
