Maxime supervises all departments providing services to frontline operations with the aim of making them more efficient; from administrative work to warehouse operations, IT support, estimating, recruiting, the BIM-VDC Department, prefabrication as well as research and development. In this capacity he is also responsible for the protection of private data for the company. Recently, Maxime also contributed to the replacement and implementation of the organization’s main software programs.

Maxime is married and father of four boys. He is a fishing enthusiast, loves spending time with family and playing the saxophone!
